If you kill someone with split personalities--that's like murdering two people--shouldn't there be DOUBLE the charges?(just trying to keep this WB in prison for as long a sentence as possible--in lieu of execution.).

In the preponderance of transgender persons being assaulted, shot, killed, etc. the offenders are predominantly minority such as black of Mex. Gut then in a preponderance of violence in the USA the perpetrators are blacks and Mex. I would like to think attacks on transgenders are exclusively or almost exclusively a crime of perpetrated by minority but hard to say for certain.
