More shenanigans in the Michigan recount.
From Zerohedge

The Michigan Republican Party filed emergency motions with the U.S. 6th Circuit Court of Appeals early on Tuesday, seeking a stay of a federal judge's order that started a statewide presidential recount in Michigan on Monday and asking for an "en banc" review of that order by all the judges of the 6th Circuit in Cincinnati. As the DFP notes, normally, appeals go to a three-judge panel of the court. A stay from the 6th Circuit would halt the Michigan recount until appeals judges have a chance to reviewMonday's order by U.S. District Judge Mark Goldsmith.

The question for the appeals court to consider, lawyers for the Michigan GOP said, is whether Green Party candidate Jill Stein is constitutionally entitled to a statewide recount "without any evidence that the election was affected ... by fraud or other impropriety."  The party gave notice Monday it would appeal the ruling Goldsmith made after a rare Sunday hearing in Detroit. It's not clear whether or how quickly the 6th Circuit will take up the case.

Goldsmith cited a threat that unless the recount started at noon Monday, there was a credible threat that Michigan votes would not be counted, because the recount would not be completed by Dec. 13 – a deadline set out in federal law that guarantees the electors Michigan certifies for the electoral college will be accepted by Congress.
GRA:Not sure where Wisconsin is in their recount drama.A first rogue elector from a Trump winning state said that he would not vote for Trump. How many others will there be?If Michigan can be dragged on past Dec 13th--will the electoral votes actually be lost? The Clinton's are reportedly in partnership with politicos who are aggressively trying to sway Trump electors.
It's a complete lotto type scenario--million to one odds--but having Michigans electoral votes removed, brings Trump closer to 290.I've seen rumors of up to 15 rogue electors.I'll believe it when I see it...but with the Clinton's involved--who knows how far the reach of their corruption extends?
We'll find out about Michigan soon.More court cases probable on the electoral votes themselves--whether they do or don't get legally thrown out.Stay tuned.

Breaking news:Wisconsin has counted a third of its county votes a second time.Trump has added 100 votes.Meanwhile in Michigan,in the last hour:7:40 p.m.

The Michigan appeals court says Green Party presidential candidate Jill Stein has no right to seek a recount in the state because of her fourth-place finish in the Nov. 8 election.

The court ordered the Michigan election board to reject her recount petition. It's unclear how this would affect the recount, which began on Monday.

The appeals court ruled in favor of Republican Donald Trump and the state attorney general, who argued that Stein is not an "aggrieved" candidate under Michigan law because she can't win the state with a recount.

Attorney General Bill Schuette says the recount now "must stop." But Stein's attorney, Mark Brewer, says the recount still isn't over. He pointed to a Monday decision by a federal judge who accelerated the process.

There NEVER was a problem with the vote. All a pretext for the Democrats to say that without a recount there is doubt as to the election results. Trump is not totally a legitimate President it would be suggested.
