Prince Shembo turned himself in on aggravated animal cruelty charges. Shembo, 23, is accused of kicking a dog to death and a warrant was issued on Friday. The Falcons released him on Friday.

Google "Lizzy Seeberg" for what Shembo had "allegedly" done at Notre Dame. In high school he threw a table at a teacher over a cell phone.
