One has to assume,the weapon was planted on the roof prior to Saturday--that's a given.He couldn't enter the rally site,walking around with an AR-15.I heard he bought ammo,the morning of the rally,on cbs radio.
I still lean heavily on S.S. knowing there was a threat and choosing to ignore it until shots were fired by "an assassin."
