Babu! Indian scam artist. His immigration status is? Babu and Sabu come USA take advantage, do good scam, go home rich.
They must have schools to teach these people how to cheat. I talked to a physics professor who said he could tell which country his foreign students came from, each and every country the students cheat in their own way different from others.
