The plea deal should have been:slammed down until the nig,spic,muslim--whoever--became partially paralyzed as the victim was.Death penalty for murder.Paralysis for paralysis.

Asians need to learn to stop carrying large amounts of cash--traveler's checks, credit cards or wire transfers are much safer. And or course, stay as far from black areas as possible.

Why [sic]?
Probably part of the plea deal. Eligible for parole only after serving 15 years. Took the deal to avoid the likelihood of an even longer sentence had a jury convicted him. Sometimes the family of the victim is given the chance to approve the deal.
May or may not be granted parole. May or may not appeal the plea deal for whatever reason.
See no reason for [sic].
But this case is more proof America has become a human cesspool.
Proof of "America as cesspool" has long since met the standard of "beyond reasonable doubt" at least 3 years ago.
