But if it's fixed beforehand--by the powers that be--it doesn't mean anything,does it?Only in a fair competition could the blacks take any pride in such an achievement.

BTW,I wouldn't vote for any of them.Besides that,they have a tendency to launch themselves out of tall buildings--two years after "winning".
