D.C. Woman Dies after being Shot in the Head in Southeast: Police Find 47 Shell Casings

PGCE-P: The shooting happened around 1:30 a.m. in the 1600 block of W St. There is no lookout at this time, but there was a large police presence and around 47 shell casings scattered on the scene.

Multiple [?] shooters with multiple high-capacity magazine 9 mm handguns. That is a lotta SHOTS fired for one woman dead.
