If you read the article about Baltimore's $$ faltering Symphony Orchestra, there is not a hint that the blackening of the city has anything to do with the state of fine arts organizations or other marks of civilization. More race denialism....But the Congoids are going to have a memorial service for all their fellow tribes people they killed during the month of July. Yawn....
