Again Clarence Thomas was most impressive. Although Thomas is very interested in improving the lot of blacks, he voted AGAINST the majority which reversed the death sentence. An honest man, Thomas said that the avoidance of black jurors did not mean that the evidence was not sufficient to convict the killer or that the jury was not impartial. Thomas is one judge who can be relied upon to do the right thing.
How about that guy Cavanaugh?Is he drinking again?
Roberts?Worthless.
Trump cannot count on his judges--or the Bush appointees for ANY case in the future.Only Justice Stix or Justice GRA (me)would do the right thing.
Funny how the lib justices never waver,but conservatives are all over the place legally and philosophically.Could Ted Cruz even be trusted?
