Colored males doing the crime? Probably so. American negroes are by and large very hate filled and prejudiced. Especially toward gays and other sexual deviants. Blacks will kill gays if they get the opportunity.
This will become a federal case? Civil rights violations and all that.
FBI will have to do what they did during the investigation into the Atlanta murders. Send FBI agents [colored] cross-dressing into the colored areas just to see what would happen. Other agents close by of course.
