The mom said she and her family are from Honduras and have only been in Houston for about a month. She said they moved here to give their daughter a better life.

Stealing jobs.
Depressing wages.
Sucking up affordable housing.
And free (sic) medical care.

Someone,with a religious bent,MIGHT interpret this accident,as God telling him to go back to Honduras.
"You should have stayed in your own country,"said the Lord,"and your daughter would still be alive."
But probably not this one.
