Knoxville Horror News: Eric Boyd Seeks Dismissal of Charges in Christian-Newsom Torture Slayings

Eric Boyd's attorney is asking for the case thrown out due to the decade-long delay in filing charges. The trial was supposed to start in January. Boyd is demanding it be delayed due to the delay.

There is a hearing today, Wednesday December 5.

The crime of itself is bad enough. But what goes on afterwards is often the real crime.

Today the judge delayed Eric Boyd's trial for his part in the Knoxville Horror until August 2019.
