I too wondered why the 150 million Muslims in India aren't causing continuous mayhem. I'm not sure the lynch-mob theory holds up. True, in 2002 Hindu lynch mobs slaughtered 2,000 Muslims in revenge for the Muslim murder of Hindu pilgrims. But after the 2008 Mumbai massacre the Hindus paraded around in love beads holding candles and singing Kumbaya. Maybe a better theory is that during the partition of India and Pakistan, most of the Muslim zealots migrated to the Islamic republic. The Muslims who remained in India weren't as religiously committed. Living among unbelievers didn't make them go berserk the way it would for the average Muslim.
I am a dissident journalist, whose work has been published in dozens of daily newspapers, magazines, and journals in English, German, and Swedish, under my own name and many pseudonyms. While living in internal exile in New York, where I am whitelisted, I maintain NSU/The Wyatt Earp Journalism Bureau and some eight other blogs (some are distinctive but occasional venues, while others are mirrors), and also write for stout-hearted men such as Peter Brimelow and Jared Taylor.
