Something like this happened with Jim Pittman, the sole black defendant in the Billionaire Boys Club case from the 1980's in Beverly Hills.
Pittman pulled the trigger that killed Ron Levin while accompanying Joe Hunt. At Pittman's first trial, there were two black females on the jury. One of them refused to deliberate with the jury voting 11-1 to convict. Then the other black female switched to not guilty and the jury hung 10-2.
At Pittman's second trial, the defense was "poor black man involved with rich white kids." The jury hung again. Both trials were in Santa Monica.
Pittman eventually pleaded to time served. In 1993, he went on A Current Affair and boasted "Yeah I did it."
I am a dissident journalist, whose work has been published in dozens of daily newspapers, magazines, and journals in English, German, and Swedish, under my own name and many pseudonyms. While living in internal exile in New York, where I am whitelisted, I maintain NSU/The Wyatt Earp Journalism Bureau and some eight other blogs (some are distinctive but occasional venues, while others are mirrors), and also write for stout-hearted men such as Peter Brimelow and Jared Taylor. Was Pittman the same man called Frank Booker in the made for TV move of the Billionaire's Boys Club?
I think Frank was ex NFL and a karate man.
Against his religion to judge another.
Of course. In the old country the clan leader makes the judgment and it is usually kill the other guy no matter what.
If indeed this man is a Somali and from the old country a more inappropriate person to sit on a jury you cannot find anywhere.
NO rule of law, legality, etc.
Vendetta is the rule of law.
