It looks very fake to me. He almost looks like he's smiling. He's very calm for someone getting toasted. The fire doesn't look like it's actually on him. The fire looks like it's a few feet in front of him. His orange jump suit doesn't look at all seared or burnt or in any way effected by the fire. It's very clean for a jump suit on fire. The photo looks very photo-shopped and very phony.
