Police said this is the 29th murder of 2014. Twenty of those murders have been solved, and nine remain unsolved.

Well, Austin has a declining black population; blacks are now down to 8 percent of Austin's population.

So, who might be the prime suspects?

Not black Americans.

Who lives in Northeast Austin and Montopolis (Southeast Austin)?
