We need to stop as many Blacks from voting as we can. Black votes are the base of the Democrat Party in Illinois. Lots of those votes are from FELONS. Them and the Black women continually vote for gun control politicians so that Blacks can rule the streets with their terror. We need to past laws to prevent FELONS from voting. Not doing so makes your community a Chicago. Black Crook County Board President Toni Preckwinkle passed a "Violence Tax" on firearms ($25) sold in the County.
