It’s a Mexican thing. Mexicans think they have a “right” to get blasted and drive, and ignore all speed limits. If you’re going to permit any number of Mexicans in your country, you’re going to have an endless procession of funerals for the victims of their speeding and drunk driving.

HOUSTON -
A family is grieving after an 8-year-old boy was killed while riding his bicycle Sunday night.
Investigators said Euaristo Hinojosa-Pena, 58, was speeding in a pickup truck at the intersection of Lenore Street at Bliss Street when he hit the child, who was trying to cross the road on his bike.
Houston police say Hinojosa-Pena stayed at the scene until officers arrived.
[He could safely do that, because he's Mexican. A white would have been slaughtered.]

The boy, identified as Armando Villafana, was rushed to Memorial Hermann Hospital, where he died.
Investigators say Hinojosa-Pena failed a field sobriety test and is charged with driving while intoxicated.
Family members of Villafana say he had a smile that filled the hearts of everyone who knew him.
"He was always receiving people with a big hug and a kiss," said Maria Villafana, the boy's aunt. "He would always say hope to see you soon. So, it's very hard for us."
Villafana's family says the Bonner Elementary second grader just celebrated his 8th birthday.
"We know he's in good hands," said Maria Villafana. "He's in Heaven playing around."
No word yet on funeral arrangements for Villafana.

DUI in Mexico is not a crime. What is the immigration status of the culprit?
