When my reader-researcher RC first sent me a story on this shooting, it reported seven wounded. Then he sent me a story on a driveby with 11 wounded, and IO figured that it was a different driveby, perhaps in a different city. But no it was the same shooting. Then, when I stated hitting the links, the revisesd stories were up to 13 wounded.
So, how, over the course of 17 hours, does the casualty toll almost double? In today’s urban diversitopias, many people do not trust the emergency systems of 911 operators and ambulances to get the wounded from the scene of a crime or gang battle to an emergency room before they die. And so, people transport their friends and loved ones in their personal vehicles to the nearest hospital, or the one considered competent and reasonably close by. Sometimes, the wounded flag down strange drivers. That’s extremely risky for the drivers, especially if they are white or Asian, considering how often black felons do this to prey on non-blacks’ good will, but I do know of at least one case in the past two years of a black driver who drove a wounded stranger who’d flagged him down in the street to a hospital emergency room (in Chicago, I believe).
Thus, it could have taken all day, based on hospital reports, for DC Metro Police to piece together that all of the different wounded had been shot in the same incident.
RC asks,
Angry white male?
Disgruntled vet?
Tea Party member?
Or just another one of O's many sons?
Note that the suspect was driving a BMW (a.k.a. Black Man's Wheels).

A gunman reportedly fired into a crowd of people in Washington D.C. early Tuesday, injuring at least 11, according to police.
Assistant Police Chief Peter Newsham told MyFoxDC.com that the shots were fired from two cars that were speeding around 2 a.m.
D.C. Police Chief Cathy L. Lanier said the vehicles involved in the shooting may have been a dark-colored BMW or a light gray or silver sedan, the Washington Post reports. Police are searching for a motive and are investigating if the drive-by is connected to events at nearby nightclub that closed 15 minutes before the shooting.
All of the gunshot victims are conscious and breathing, while one man suffered serious injuries, MyFoxDC.com reports.

WASHINGTON –
Thirteen people were injured, including one critically, when gunmen in a speeding car opened fire on a crowd standing outside an apartment building in northwest Washington early Monday, police said.
The shooting occurred around 2:10 a.m. in the area of New York Avenue and North Capitol Street, police Chief Cathy Lanier said.
Detectives were reviewing surveillance video showing gunshots being fired as two cars sped down the street in rapid succession, while a group of people on the sidewalk scattered and scrambled for cover. The police released the surveillance video to the public in hopes of gathering information on the gunmen. Police said shots came from at least one of the two cars.
The seriously wounded victim was shot in the back and was in critical condition Monday afternoon, police said. None of the other injuries was believed to be life-threatening, and the victims -- who were either grazed by bullets or shot mostly in the legs, hands or other extremities -- were reported to be conscious and breathing.
Police didn't immediately have a motive, and detectives were still interviewing witnesses and collecting bullet fragments and other evidence.
"We've got to interview a ton" of witnesses, said assistant police chief Peter Newsham.
The shooting occurred in the same area where multiple people were shot and wounded on consecutive weekends last October, though it wasn't immediately clear whether there was any connection.
Nor was it clear why the crowd was standing outside at that time of day, though Lanier said a club across the street had let out about 15 minutes earlier.
"Whether they came from the club, I'm not sure," Lanier said. "There is usually a pretty good crowd out here -- Saturday night, Sunday night."

I wonder how many kids are killed every year like this? Add them up it's far more than Adam Lanza killed, yet a common refrain now is it's you whites killin kids. Is a gangbanger spraying bullets in to crowds with children, knowing some will die, any better than Lanza?
