Of Hoodies, Trayvon Martin, and the Knoxville Horror: Knoxville News Sentinel Crime and Courts Reporter Jamie Satterfield on Radio Sunday

By David in TN

Jamie Satterfield will be on a radio show Sunday, on WNOX-FM 100.3, at 12 noon ET. This station streams over the internet.

On Twitter, Jamie jokes about donning a hoodie this weekend. Someone should remind her that about the last thing Chris Newsom saw after being gang-raped and tortured for hours, and dragged to the railroad tracks to be shot three times, were hoodies on the two or three (or more) killers.

It wasn't the hoodies that committed the crime. It's not equivilant to a knit cap pulled over your face with the eyes cut out.

Yes, but this is just another piece of evidence suggesting that the population of people who wear hoodies, ON AVERAGE, may be more inclined to commit crimes than those who don't. Think before you type, you fucking idiot.
