$25,000 Reward, No Description of Suspects

Here is the latest non-informative article on the post office double murder in Henning, Tennessee, yesterday. This is about 45 miles northeast of Memphis.

From a piece on a Memphis TV station, it appears one of the victims is black and the other white. One item I saw today said both suspects are black. The other news items don't tell you what the suspects look like.

The question is: How do you identify criminals for a reward, if you don't even know their race?

A small town post office will not have much money on hand.
