SHAMDANI--AND A PERSON WHO LOOKS LIKE PRESIDENT TRUMP--MAKE FRIENDLY COMMENTS AFTER FRIDAY WHITE HOUSE MEETING

(abc noise)"I just want to congratulate(New York city) I think you're going to have hopefully a really great mayor and the better he does, the happier I am," President Trump said. "I will say there's no difference in party. There's no difference in anything. And we're going to be helping him, to make everybody's dream come true, having a strong and very safe New York and congratulations, Mr. mayor."

Shamdani said: "It was a productive meeting focused on a place of shared admiration and love, which is New York City and the need to deliver affordability to New Yorkers."
Trump and Shamdani appeared cordial and shook hands after the roughly 25-minute closed-door talk -- and both said they agreed on a lot.
Their friendly news conference differed from the months of insults, harsh rhetoric and even threats that were lobbed at each other as Shamdani rose from an unknown state assemblyman from Queens to the leader-elect of one of the biggest cities in the world.
Trump repeatedly called Shamdani -- a self-described democratic socialist -- a "communist" as late as Thursday.
After the meeting on Friday, Trump predicted that Shamdani would be a great leader for the city and said he's going to surprise "some conservative people."
GRA:What drugs are people taking at the White House--both visitors AND occupants? SHAM-dani is the correct descriptive name.
(Axios)Republican Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene of Georgia announced that she will resign her seat in the House of Representatives in the middle of her third term with her last day in office being Jan. 5.
Greene's announcement, in a video and statement posted on X, came after a dramatic break with President Donald Trump.
She suggested that Republicans will lose the 2026 midterm elections and that Trump will be impeached when Democrats regain control of the House.
(GRA:Correct on both counts.)
Green until recently had been a leading supporter of Trump and a prominent figure in his MAGA, movement, while sparking controversy for promoting conspiracy theories.
GRA:Major threats must be incoming and a disgust with politics in general, are the top two reasons,I'd say. I don't blame her.
GRA:THAT'S basically true. Neither one can stop the country's decline(caused by allowing black, mex and muzzies to take over the big cities and important positions in those cities.)
THE "OTHER DONALD TRUMP" SHOWS UP TODAY,TO TELL SOMALIS IN MINNESOTA "TO GO BACK WHERE THEY CAME FROM...THE FRAUD IS OVER."
GRA:Yesterday, friends with Shamdani, today, going after Somalis. Interesting 24 hours.
(ZH)President Trump announced Friday night that he is ending Temporary Protected Status for Somalis in Democrat-run Minnesota, following a bombshell report published in the City Journal that revealed large-scale welfare fraud tied to parts of Minnesota's Somali community that funneled money overseas, including to a terrorist organization.
"Minnesota, under Governor Waltz, is a hub of fraudulent money laundering activity," Trump wrote on Truth Social.
He continued, "I am, as President of the United States, hereby terminating, effective immediately, the Temporary Protected Status (TPS Program) for Somalis in Minnesota. Somali gangs are terrorizing the people of that great State, and BILLIONS of Dollars are missing. Send them back to where they came from. It's OVER! President DJT."

Interesting that zh and breitbart are not reporting this big headline. It's been out for a couple hours.
