More on Justin Fields

Fields managed another touchdown when a pats cornerback slipped and fell, allowing a jets receiver to run unimpeded and completely open into the end zone. Looked almost like it was a deliberate attempt to help the jets back into the game. Wonder when they are going to give up on Fields. I'm pretty sure there's at least a half-dozen guys sitting on benches that would be better than him but the nfl seems determined to keep him a starting qb, no matter how badly he plays.

I remember hearing a story about his attitude as a rookie his first day at camp. As a rookie he was supposed to be mentored by a veteran to help him learn the ropes, a White guy but I can't recall his name. When he approached Fields and introduced himself, Fields just looked away with that "black man can't be bothered by Whitey" attitude and wouldn't take any sort of advice or tutoring. You can see the result now, any potential he might have had never got developed, due to bad (black) attitude.

Fields fooled the bears by having an occasional good game. He fooled them for three years. Then he went off to Pittsburgh--same thing. He can run the ball, but passing is not his forte--unless it's to the other team.

This might be his last season--or should be.
