I remember years ago,that same trick was attempted by a person on themselves at a U S. gas station. I posted it as a Darwin Award winner. He was a queer and one witness said they remembered "seeing shreds of clothes and human flesh floating down like snowflakes."

What, no goat was available? Were they trying to remove an irretrievable object placed there by prior activity? Not that there's anything wrong with that. You need a Jackie Chiles kind of lawyer.
So many reports of similar incidents you've probably already got billboards all over those sh*thole countries. "High-pressure hose turned your intestines into outtestines? We help you sue the compressor manufacturer!"
