(3NEWS)SUMMIT COUNTY, Ohio — 3News has learned that an 18-year-old man injured in Sunday’s mass shooting at an Airbnb in Bath Township has died from his injuries.
According to the Summit County Medical Examiner’s Office, the victim has been identified as Elijah Wells, 18, of Akron.
Officials say Wells was struck by multiple bullets during the shooting. He was taken to Cleveland Clinic Akron General Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead at 12:48 a.m. on Nov. 6.
As of Thursday, no arrests have been made in the shooting.
CASE DETAILS
Officers were dispatched around 12:16 a.m. on Nov. 2 to reports of gunfire at a residence in the 900 block of Top of the Hill Drive.
The home had been rented as a short-term Airbnb property and was hosting a large birthday party that had been advertised on multiple social media platforms, drawing a significant crowd.
Investigators said an unknown suspect or suspects opened fire on the first floor of the home before fleeing the scene.
Police confirmed that nine individuals — a mix of juveniles and adults — were injured in the shooting.
As of Thursday, six victims have been released from local hospitals. Bath Township police say the two remaining victims are still hospitalized.
Emergency crews from more than a dozen agencies, including police and fire departments from Akron, Copley, Fairlawn, and Richfield, responded to the scene and provided life-saving aid.
Police previously said they are in contact with Airbnb and the property owner as part of the ongoing investigation. Sinopoli also noted that short-term rentals are prohibited under a Bath Township zoning order.

At around 1:30 a.m. on Sunday, four people were shot at Z Town Gastro Pub, according to the Elk Grove Police Department. When officers arrived at the scene, two people were in stable condition. However, one person, identified as Kim Kha Huynh, 18, was pronounced dead at the scene.
On Thursday, the fourth person, a 34-year-old man, was also pronounced dead. He had been in critical condition since the shooting. His identity has not been released.
According to EGPD, a manhunt is still underway for the shooting suspect, Roderick Randall. Anyone with information on his whereabouts can call the...yada yada yada.

( Breitbart)A woman is accused of throwing hot coffee on a McDonald’s manager in Buena Vista, Michigan, leaving other customers shocked.
The incident, which was caught on camera, showed the moment the suspect, whose name is reportedly Casharrra Brown, having a verbal argument with the restaurant’s manager on Tuesday, the New York Post reported.
The customer was apparently upset that she allegedly had to wait over an hour after putting in her online order, which was cancelled. She wanted a refund, which turned into the situation escalating.
When the manager told the woman she got her coffee and that’s all she was charged for, she added a refund would take up to 48 hours.
The two continued arguing, and at one point the customer appeared to say she wanted an apology for being there over an hour. When the manager turned and walked away, the customer picked up the cup of coffee and allegedly threw it at the her, leaving her covered in the liquid.
“F**k you, bitch! Catch that hot-ass coffee!” she shouted before exiting the building. The manager screamed when the coffee hit her back.
The Buena Vista Police Department shared the video footage and thanked the public for their quick responses, adding they had identified the suspect.
