The working class apartment complex next to me condo complex has banners and signs up advertising apartments for rent.
Ditto the barrio located a few miles to the west. It's next to the North Dallas Tollway.
This barrio was overwhelmed with Venezuelans late last year.

Maybe Vance conveniently forgot to mention all the LEGAL immigrants who are competing for housing.
