"(ny times) an 18-year-old man was charged in connection with the fatal shooting last week of a 69-year-old woman in east harlem, the authorities announced on thursday.
"the woman, Robin Wright, was killed on the street near her apartment building when the man, Faisil McCants, opened fire on a drug dealer he was trying to rob, the U.S. attorney’s office for the southern district of new york said in a statement.
"mr. McCants was charged with armed robbery and the use of a machine gun, the statement said. he faces a maximum sentence of life in prison on the second, more serious charge.
[MISTER McCants? ny times never calls President Trump anything but "Trump," however, here, a murderer gets a respectful "Mr." Yes, the police statement said it, but that was an error, too.]

N.S.: The feds lied, when they said McCants faces a maximum sentence of life in prison. In a federal prosecution, he's eligible for justice (i.e., the death penalty).

O'Reilly thinks Adams can't last--will pack it in.

There used to be a term called "miscegenation"- presumably now obsolete.
Interesting that his vile rhetoric mirrors that of Musk, and that both of them want to replace white people with the same particular ethnic group. And both chosen by Trump, of course- part of the deal he made to get elected, perhaps. Is this what we're going to be stuck with as President next time, or even sooner if T. expires?

I agree with some of the comments on gab. The photo of the Constitution,explicitly saying that "White people,who are aliens,may be admitted as citizens" IS NOT disgusting,but a prerequisite to keep America the way the founders wanted it to stay--not a cesspool of runaways from other non-White countries--but White,like they were--for as long as possible.

Well, ok, as long as no police knee touched his neck during the arrest. If there's no trial and execution by 7:19pm (NYC sunset today, Sep. 7), then that's justice delayed and denied.

(ZH)CBS News has announced it will no longer edit guest interviews on its flagship Sunday program “Face the Nation,” moving to a live or live-to-tape format following days of criticism over its handling of a sit-down with Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem.
The change comes after Noem accused the network of “shamefully” cutting portions of her Aug. 31 interview in order to “whitewash the truth.”
As Tom Ozimek reports for The Epoch Times, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) said the broadcaster removed over 23 percent of her answers, “exposing the truth about criminal illegal alien Kilmar Abrego Garcia, President Donald Trump’s lawful actions to protect the American people, and Secretary Noem’s commitment to fight on behalf of the American people and their tax dollars.”
CBS initially defended its actions, saying that the unedited version was posted online, but the backlash continued to grow on social media and beyond.
Noem and others circulated clips of the missing passages online and accused the network of trying to manipulate public opinion by withholding harsh truths—like when Noem said that Abrego Garcia was a “known human smuggler, MS-13 gang member, an individual who was a wife beater.”
Then, on Sept. 5, CBS said that it will now only broadcast live or live-to-tape interviews, meaning guests’ answers will not be edited in any way—except in situations where legal or national security reasons require it. The broadcaster said it was changing its editorial policy “in response to audience feedback.”
“This extra measure means the television audience will see the full, unedited interview on CBS and we will continue our practice of posting full transcripts and the unedited video online,” a CBS spokesperson told The Epoch Times in an emailed statement.
The Noem interview is the second time in less than a year that CBS has figured into disputes over alleged selective editing.

(abc noise)A manhunt is underway in Texas for a gunman whom police said opened fire early Sunday on a group of people eating and drinking on the patio of a bar in suburban Houston, killing one person and wounding five others.
The shooting occurred at the Alas Locas sports bar in Cleveland, about 45 miles northeast of Houston, according to the Liberty County Sheriff's Office.
The shooting was captured on security video, which investigators were reviewing in hopes of identifying the suspect, authorities said.

Witnesses told investigators that prior to the shooting, the gunman was quietly sitting by himself drinking at the bar, according to Capt. David Myers of the Liberty County Sheriff's Office.
Based on the number of shell casings collected at the scene by investigators, including Rangers from the Texas Department of Public Safety, Myers said the gunman fired at least 20 shots before fleeing the bar.
A motive for the shooting remains under investigation.
The shooting unfolded at around 2:30 a.m. local time, when police received multiple calls of shots fired at the bar, Myers said in an interview at the scene with ABC Houston station KTRK.
Myers said witnesses told investigators that the suspect arrived at the bar between midnight and 2 a.m. and ordered a beer but was "not really conversing with anyone for about an hour prior to the shooting."
At some point, according to Myers, the suspect walked out of the bar and later reemerged on the bar's outdoor patio, where he allegedly opened fire without warning with a .40 or .45-caliber handgun, shooting at patrons who were eating and drinking on the deck.
The shooter fled the bar and drove off in an unknown direction in a white full-size van with no side windows, authorities said.

It happened at around 7 p.m., according to the Grand Rapids Police Department, at Mackay-Jaycees Park on Kalamazoo Avenue off of 28th Street.

Police told News 8 that there was a fight before shooting. GRPD said life saving measures were made on the man, but were unsuccessful.
(GRA:How do you get into a "fight" at a PARK? A nice spot to relax--for NORMAL people.)
A suspect has not been located and an investigation is ongoing, GRPD said.
