More on the cracker barrel race hoax

Baloney, "burnt biscuit" is something light-skinned blacks call dark-skinned ones. Most Whites don't even know the term, much less use it.

I agree--I'VE never heard the phrase. It DOES sound like Jerry PDX's description and definition, that blacks would call each other. Probable hoax. Call "overbaked bisquit"--"uncle ben" crump to get to the bottom of it.
