If you had speaker Mike Johnson in the, "This is not who we are" pool--you win.
Enough of these shootings show a substantial portion of the population are EXACTLY who Johnson says we are not purported to be.
The mindless speechmaking will run full blast now, with the usual phrases we hear after political murders or mass murders. "Let's cool the rhetoric," and "This must STOP"--which it never will, so the words are as empty as a drug addict saying he will quit drugs.
