Baloney, 'burnt biscuit' is something light skinned blacks call dark skinned ones. Most Whites don't even know the term much less use it.
I agree--I'VE never heard the phrase It DOES sound like Jerry pdx's description and definition,that blacks would call each other. Probable hoax. Call "overbaked bisquit"--"uncle ben" crump to get to the bottom of it.
