Englewood First Responders have had to mourn two of their own members killed by gunfire. But for those that remain, their work continues.

Countless "programs" have been initiated in Chicago and other cities,but when it's sunset on Friday night,the bullets fly--no matter what. Chicago has paid black intermediaries big bucks--the last few years-- to slow down the shootings. Failures--all of them.
