Nice cars, for sure. Wonder how far behind they are on payments and insurance? Too easy to buy. Desperate salesmen, ads boasting of "no credit check," and low/no down payment, and you're riding high on the debt bubble, just pay enough to keep yourself off the repo man's to-do list.
Did you ever see one of these MAL CREDITO OK banners? I saw that one at a car lot in Chocolate City. Unbelievable. The banner's gone now. Probably stolen.
Anyway, car loans are a big part of the debt bubble. It's only going to get worse with the lure of deductible car loan interest, courtesy of the onebigbeautifulsh*tsandwich bill. Banks are stuck holding the bag but with the obbssb's $5 trillion boost in the debt ceiling, we can just print money to bail out the banks.

Those apartment complexes and "affordable" housing units aren't bad places at all, if they took pride in what they have and kept them up that is. They're like palaces compared to how 99% of the 3rd world lives.
