Chicago police said 14 suspects are wanted in a May 7 beating and robbery of a couple on a CTA Red Line train downtown in Printer's Row.
CHICAGO (WLS) -- Chicago police are looking for 14 people accused of beating and robbing a couple on the CTA Red Line downtown.
The robbery happened May 7 on a CTA train that was in the Printer's Row neighborhood, Chicago police said.
Police say the 14 young men and women displayed a knife and used pepper spray on the couple while taking their property.

(CWB-Chicago)It may be the most individuals sought in a single Chicago Police Department bulletin in years. Cops are looking for at least fourteen people who were involved in the armed robbery and physical attack of two passengers on a Red Line train in the Loop.
CPD said the group “aggressively battered” a couple on the train at Harrison around 11:23 p.m. on May 7. The crowd battered and pepper-sprayed the victims and took their valuables while at least one offender displayed a knife.
According to the alert released Friday evening, all of the suspects are black and 15 to 25 years old.

One more comment:This story--with the photos--is JUST being released on the 23rd of May--over two weeks since the "wilding" incident--as one media site called it. I wonder how many robberies have happened between May 7th and the 23rd?
WE want to know:Did the couple need hospitalization?What condition are they in? White?Why did it take so long to get this photo and report of the crime out? This isn't law enforcement,it's law debasement.
