“builder of first ohio 3d-printed home says own ‘for the price of a car payment’”

Might be a first for ohio.
Not uncommon in greater Austin, texas area.

Marfa, texas makes a great case for 3d printed homes.
It’s so far removed from a skilled labor pool and supply chains that 3d printing is the way to go.

Folks in ohio should be happy with a 3D printed home.
Well made and well insulated.

I just saw a GMC vehicle advertised on tv for $800 a month--with $5000 down.
The insurance on that thing alone would cause foreclosure in short order--and there isn't even a toilet.

Still a lot to work out with 3 D printed homes. They can reduce labor costs but the only thing a printer can make is the basic structure, there's a lot more to a house than needs to be done. Plus the materials needed are not sustainable like wood but need resource extraction which could be even more devastating to the environment. They aren't "cheap" either, those articles about 50 thousand dollar homes aren't true at all, by the time all the costs are tallied up they will be comparably as expensive as normal homes. Not that they couldn't be cheaper in the future if they go into mass production and some of the kinks worked out but dirt cheap home aren't going to be spewed out by the millions. Those articles are designed to whip up excitement and pull in speculative cash which will make certain investors very wealthy:

Just watched Lesta the lyin' smirkin' molesta on channel 8 run a feature on how Trump lied about illegals voting. It's almost surreal watching something to blatantly deceptive and false, the feature even contradicted itself.
Check it out here:
https://www.nbcnews.com/nightly-news/video/debunking-false-claims-that-undocumented-immigrants-are-voting-illegally-219246149944
After accusing Trump of "lying" about illegals voting, the report showed a map of states that do allow illegals to vote in local elections, they just can't vote for President. Trump never specified about whether or not they could vote locally or nationally, he just said that they were being allowed to vote. He was absolutely right, illegals ARE voting in local elections and he is warning us about what is to come.
Does anybody have any doubt that the next step will be to let them vote for President? We know damn well and good that there are people (Dems) who would love nothing than to have illegals casting votes for President and are working hard right now to make it happen.
They also know that those illegal alien invaders will all vote Democrat when they get handed citizenship.
It's like illegals getting handed driver's licenses, debit cards loaded with cash, free housing etc... People would have said that wouldn't happen, couldn't happen blah blah, then it does. That's why we have to be vigilant and head them off before they do more damage.
