Arrest and lock up anyone in law enforcement who allowed this scum to be on the street.Then put them in the same cell as this negro.
How could a law like that be passed?It would fix many lax procedures in many areas of government.

Sounds like what I've long advocated to cure the illegal alien problem--lock up those who hire them in the same cells as their illegal alien employees. The same principal would mean people like Bill Gates would have to eat the bugs he wants us to eat and should get all the harmful vaccines he has pushed which have killed so many--especially in India and Africa. And those elites who want to limit our ability to drive cars should lose their private jets. What is good for the goose is good for the gander--why should not those who cause us to suffer, suffer themselves?

For some reason blacks like to choose names with a "quan" sound in them, as well as use of the letter "q" and apostrophes. I guess they think these fake names sound exotic--or something. It does serve as an instant identifier even if the press and police fear to say the word "black."
