Are you white? -- would you like to be able to establish a scholarship and designate that the money is only for white students?

The term 'racial profiling' is not normally used in this context -- what do you mean by 'racial profiling' in this context?
It's not clear what you are trying to say here, but perhaps it's this: there is a double standard in America right now, in that non-whites can practice this kind of (what I will call) racial nepotism, and not only is it accepted, it is also praised and encouraged.
Whereas if Whites did the same thing, i.e. establish a scholarship meant only for Whites, this would no doubt attract a LOT of negative publicity and condemnation, so much that the white sponsors would probably back down -- they wouldn't have to back down because there is nothing illegal about it, but they probably would.
So perhaps it is the double standard you 'hate', as well as the development of conditions in the US that have resulted in this double standard -- if so, I can't say I blame you.
Personally, I believe in free association, and in freedom generally, including in how I spend my money, so I have no problem with the fact that Hispanics have created a scholarship only for Hispanics.
My problem is way more with the fact that there are now so many Hispanics, and non-whites generally, in America.
YEAH. Persons can designate a scholarship for specific persons. Legal. Maybe not a good idea in the modern context but it is legal.
