Here it is in the nutshell. The "argument" was that the woman could not pay for the bag of chips and her EBT card did not work. She wanted credit. That is a clever ruse used in the "community" [black]. Want credit and then just skip out on the payment.
"I be'ez paying ya'll when I gets the money." But they never get the money.
