"Trump v. twitter is dismissed"
 | In the last day, three more major lawsuits trying to hold social media accountable for censorship have failed to survive motions to dismiss. The fallen suits now include the biggest of all: Trump v Twitter, thrown out this afternoon by Judge James Donato of the Northern District of California - my new favorite district! How are we ever going to find out if the companies are working hand-in-glove the federal government if none of these cases survive to discovery?
If only a suit could get past the motion to dismiss stage… but they never do. I mean, I haven't seen the New York Times or Washington Post or even Fox report on any, so it must not have happened. Oh well. If you'll excuse me, I've got some light Friday night reading about protective orders ahead.
