That is how many of these cases go down. The miscreants plead guilty and get credit for time served. Then released.
It's the latest thing.Only those on the shi*list get charged with crimes in 2022--and that list does not currently include blacks and liberal women.

Who wasn't yearning for a 'transformative' (or 'restorative', whatever) outcome in this case?
Lee could agree to participate in an in-person restorative justice circle with the victim's family. In return, he would be charged with manslaughter instead of felony murder, which carries 25 years to life. Both parties would have to consent to the deal. ... Kim [ed: the cuck son of the deceased] and his wife Julia agreed to the meeting and spent an hour and a half with the defendant and his sister, as well as a social worker.
So same assistant DA, from murder to manslaughter for spending 90m sitting in a 'restorative justice circle'.
And what exactly was 'transformed' or 'restored' by allowing a murderous thug to plea down to manslaughter in exchange for sitting for 90m?
