BBC PULLS REPORTERS OUT OF RUSSIA AFTER ANNOUNCEMENT,"DISINFORMATION" WILL BE CRIMINIALIZED.
FRIDAY, MAR 04, 2022 - 11:24 AM (ZH)Update (1125ET): Following earlier news that Russia will criminalize "disinformation" about military in crackdown on "fake information", not that different from the wholesale "canceling" and deplatforming of any western media outlets that do not parrot the official narrative, moments ago the BBC announced that it would "temporarily suspend the work of all BBC News journalists and their support staff within the Russian Federation" while the news agency assesses the full implications of this unwelcome development.
GRA:The BBC is upset over disinformation? That's like Lesta Holt, earlier in the week, saying Russia was "spreading propaganda"--the black calling the kettle red, lol.
I am a dissident journalist, whose work has been published in dozens of daily newspapers, magazines, and journals in English, German, and Swedish, under my own name and many pseudonyms. While living in internal exile in New York, where I am whitelisted, I maintain NSU/The Wyatt Earp Journalism Bureau and some eight other blogs (some are distinctive but occasional venues, while others are mirrors), and also write for stout-hearted men such as Peter Brimelow and Jared Taylor. Please hit the “Donate” button on your way out. Thanks, in advance.
