Calling the stickers “anti-Chinese messaging” that is “inconsistent with the College’s values and will not be tolerated on our campus,” Interim Emerson President William Gilligan said it was “important to denounce all instances of anti-Asian bigotry and hate, and affirm our support and solidarity with the Asian and Asian-American community on campuses and around the world.”

Is 'anti-Chinese messaging' inconsistent with the First Amendment? -- asking for a 'muh Constitution' friend.

I see no reason to look for trouble with or demonize China, but this kind of anti-free speech rhetoric coming from a university administrator is bizarre.

It's intended to be a mockery of Xi Jinping, whose government banned a Winnie the Pooh movie a few years ago.

See, under globohomo, criticism of a world leader is racist if he is non-White. Presumably it is also sexist if the leader is a woman. These aren't privileged White males, so mocking them exposes you as an authoritarian bigot. Makes sense, right?
