Unpaid persons very knowledgeable and will be impossible to replace. You are NOT going to find a diverse group to replace them. Just everyone loses.

Hmmm, Stein is a name that immediately makes one (me, anyway) think of a particular tribe -- but in this case that's way off the mark: Veronica Stein is black.

OK -- 'holistic vision' sounds a little suspicious to be honest -- but it gets worse -- now here's her talking:
“I am delighted that the Art Institute shares the priorities that have guided my work throughout my career: designing culturally responsive programming and anti-racist curricula, cultivating fully accessible spaces, and ensuring staff wellness and learning,” said Stein. “Setting the newly enhanced Ryan Learning Center in motion, and further strengthening partnerships with the Chicago Park District, Chicago Public Schools, and BIPOC cultural institutions, will be central to my work.”
I see: 'ensuring staff wellness'.
Search results show her profile is on LinkedIn, but right now LinkedIn won't allow me to see it without log-in -- however from the link on the search results page I can see she has pronouns in her LinkedIn profile, which is nuts -- never seen that on a professional/career site.

No, I have not wondered for some time -- I think I know where it leads -- see my earlier comment here re Zimbabwe and South Africa, and seeing no reason to believe Blacks here in America are any better than the ones who ruined Rhodesia and are now doing the same to South Africa (which had a much larger industrial base before being turned over to black rule).

Fun fact about Rhodesia/Zimbabwe: in the years after black rule, GDP fell by 50% while the population doubled -- re standard of living as measured by GDP per capita, 'do the math' for what that mean.
