White cops shoot more accurately.black cops shoot as poorly as black thugs,e.g. birds,squirrels,dogs and cats are just as likely to get hit as a perp--and the animals scatter accordingly when they see blackie in blue pull a gun.

Ridiculous to even consider whether charges be even considered.
The officers involved were Sgt. Willie Delgado, Officer Kyle Khuen, Cpl. Larbi Dakkouni, and Officer James Doyle.
Gaithersburg MD is another post-America city: only 34% 'White alone, not Hispanic or Latino.
