Luciano (aka Luchiano) Lewis was sentenced today (Thursday) to "Nine Years to Life" for his role in the murder of Tessa Majors. That will probably be six or seven years.

Life normally means only twenty years. As he behaves in prison his sentence will be markedly reduced. If he behaves.

In an email, Jeffrey Lichtman, a lawyer representing Mr. Weaver, who like Mr. Lewis is Black, questioned the fairness of trying his client as an adult, particularly amid widespread calls for racial equality in the criminal justice system. Mr. Weaver was also 14 at the time of the attack.

“Does anyone actually think that if Rashaun Weaver was raised as comfortably and with the privilege as the racial justice marchers from the Upper West Side that he would be sitting in a jail cell inside a violent ‘juvenile center’ for almost two years,” Mr. Lichtman wrote, “rarely getting to see or even speak to his parents?”

I don't have the words for this one, it speaks for itself.

Out by 23 or 25?By then, this country should be up completely for grabs--in fact,it might be safer in a state penitentiary. If not,Lucky Luchiano should be a hero to the nigs everywhere--maybe he'll replace another felon of the airwaves--Lesta Holt.

No college education required.

It features what I've grown to hate: black and mystery meat news readers telling me about savage black and mystery meat criminals and their heinous crimes.

The text was written by a Black and has obvious mistakes, e.g. 'we are forced to relive the event to relive the events' (couldn't even quote the victim impact statement correctly), and 'after break away' -- but he's an 'Emmy award-winning anchor', so who am I to quibble?

>N.S.: Max.

A stiff sentence was always going to be a problem due to his age at the time, regardless of the fact he was 'charged as an adult':

Lewis, who was 14 at the time of the stabbing, was charged as an adult.

It was more lazy 'justice' -- a plea bargain.

Minutes later, Majors’ father left his front row seat while a video of his daughter’s last moments was shown. The security camera footage captured Majors struggling going up the steps near Morningside Park after break away from the three defendants in that brutal attack.

Her attorney said Majors “had already been stabbed once in the heart. With each breath, she is closer to death.”

The video shows Majors pull out her phone, which the suspects had attempted to steal, before collapsing face down.

I did not know such video existed -- how could a parent watch it? -- seeing her die over and over again, unable to help, or even comfort her...

Now I will add something here that maybe I shouldn't: nowadays it really infuriates me when virtue signaling faggots like Steve Sailer write with concern about elevated homicide rates in the aftermath of BLM/2020 -- because it is overwhelmingly guys like this who are killing each other -- any 'collateral damage', which of course I sincerely regret, is absolutely minuscule in comparison and would not even register statistically -- the fact members of America's black ghetto thug caste are offing each other more often right now is nothing for any self-respecting white man to worry about.

He has his own firm/website:

Meet Our Team -- Attorney Profiles -- Jeffrey Lichtman -- Jeffrey Einhorn -- Jason Goldman

Any guesses as to the ethnicity of the 'team'?

Father of alleged teen killer of Barnard freshman Tessa Majors is also behind bars

The father of Rashaun Weaver, the Harlem teen accused of killing Barnard student Tessa Majors, is also behind bars, the boy’s grandfather said Sunday.

So who's paying for this little nigger's defense? -- and how much is it costing?

Here's one reason I ask:

Derek Chauvin is denied public defender despite earning only prison wages as he appeals his murder conviction and 22.5-year sentence for killing George Floyd
