Is California an Economic Paradise? Paul Krugman Thinks So

ATR: This clown is educated far, far beyond his limited intellectual capabilities.

I talk to homeowners all over the country almost every day of the week. It’s my job.

I spoke to one guy today who was looking to buy a home in Oceanside, not too far from Camp Pendleton. He works at Camp Pendleton.

He had moved from San Antonio to Camp Pendleton due to job transfer. He was a civilian employee of the federal government. Wanted to buy a single family home, but got sticker shock when he started shopping. Came to me for a loan pre-approval for an $800,000 purchase.

He said that he had read recently that over 40 percent of those who leave California move here to Texas.

I can confirm that.

Tonight I drove over to Central Market in Plano. Was stuck in traffic behind a Toyota “hybrid.” License plate bracket listed a dealership in Huntington Beach.

Folks vote with their feet.

Can’t Krugman and other epistemologists figure that out?

Denial is a river in California.

For twice the price you get a house half the size of what you would get elsewhere. That is not paradise.

Unfortunately as Californians leave for other states, they are likely to Californicate those states. Most people are too stupid to realize that their leftist voting ruined the place they are from and proceed to vote the same way in their new location. And the same thing is true internationally. Washington state lost its Republican area that prevented DemonRats from controlling the whole state because immigrants from China and India moved in and proceeded to vote for the same leftist crap that made their own countries hellholes.
