Mass murder. Part of an ongoing-conspiracy for gain to break the immigration laws that resulted in death. Should be a federal case with possibility of death penalty for the organizers of the action.
Sounds like the Mex version of Tesla--everyone drinking and no one driving.Automatically stops after hitting a telephone pole.

Probably had some fifteen year old kid from Mex driving. Usually they fall asleep at the wheel, cross the median and go head-on into a semi.
