I haven’t heard one thing that constitutes sexual harassment. “He touched my hand,” “He asked me if I’d date an older man,” etc. Those are normal matters that occur between ANY two people who may or may not be interested in each other—it’s how you find out.
Sexual harassment is defined as being told, “No—I’m not interested”—and then continuing to uncomfortably pursue someone after knowing that fact is expressed.
“Hello,” is not harassment. ['I had him nailed at hello!']
“Nice dress you're wearing,” is not harassment—if not done every day—it’s conversation.
“Very becoming haircut,” isn’t either.
But it is, if a 63-year-old says it to a 25-year-old—who might not have qualms about doing a person outside her race, but thinks a 63-year-old is “disgusting.”
In Cuomo’s case, I agree—he reminds me of Frankenstein—not aging well. Still, this isn’t—from what I’ve heard—“harassment.”
N.S.: But GRA, "sexual harassment" is whatever a feminist defines it to be, whenever she defines, or re-defines it.

Sixth Accuser Comes Forward to Claim Harassment vs. Cuomo
GRA: What’d he do to this one—smile at her—or just “leer”? She didn’t like the way he said, “Good afternoon?”
Whatever. If he acted like Weinstein—that’s different.
(ZH) Accusations of sexual harassment against NY Gov. Andrew Cuomo are piling up faster than unreported COVID-19 nursing home deaths.
According to a report published just minutes ago by the Albany Times-Union, the paper of record for the Empire State’s capitol region, a sixth woman is now claiming she was harassed by the governor, whom she accused of "inappropriate touching" - but this time, the alleged harassment purportedly took place at the governor's mansion. The governor's office first learned of the allegation over the weekend, but this is the first time it has been made public.
A sixth woman has come forward and leveled allegations of sexual harassment or inappropriate conduct against Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo, and over the weekend a supervisor in the Executive Chamber became aware the woman had alleged that the governor inappropriately touched her late last year during an encounter at the governor's mansion, where she had been summoned to do work. An official close to the matter on Tuesday confirmed to the Times Union that the new allegation had been made. The governor's office learned of the matter over the weekend.
