Here is a joke often told circa 1967:

I'll defend Trump a little more than you guys.He's had zero cooperation from all Dems and many GOPers about any social issues he wanted to pursue and change.Throw in the courts and the presidency--as an institution--has been turned into a eunuch,for non-military issues.
