Quick theory:Remember four years ago when riots erupted in many cities,due to criminal black behavior?
Just wondering if politicians are using the coronavirus as an excuse to keep everyone off the streets as much as possible THIS summer--to avoid similar chaos.
I'll bet they'd like to keep a lockdown of some type in place until Election Day,if they could.
